The Buying Process

Learn all about our real estate listings buying process for investment properties in Los Angeles.

Begin

One of the most important steps you can take as a prospective buyer is getting pre-qualified with a lender.

Knowing your price range and down payment amounts positions you as a credible buyer in the eyes of a seller and gives you negotiating power.  Then when we find “the one” you will be ready to make an offer knowing that financing the sale is not a problem.

Your time is valuable is so is mine. I have an A list of clients and my time and resources are dedicated to this key group.  As a client you are given exclusive access to properties before they go on the market.

Using advanced technology as well as classic procedures I make sure that you are able to find and secure your home under the most advantageous terms.  For this level of service, I ask for loyalty.

Compare

Together we will pursue the step by step process towards a successful transaction by finding the best location, the price you need, the financing you want, and the timeframe you desire. We will determine your wants vs needs list.

The market is competitive and I love winning! I know how to craft an offer package that succeeds in multiple offers ~ even against all cash. I’ll show you my proven strategy for winning even in the most aggressive market.  By researching the comparable properties as well as the recently sold homes I will help you make a wise buying decision.

Execute

After the winning offer package is crafted and accepted, the next process is known as escrow. This is where the purchase contract is sent to the title company for a title search and document preparation. I hold your hand through the process and keep you on track and up to date.

There will be enough time for the inspection period, finalization of your loan,  and your due diligence as you familiarize yourself with your new home! This is also the time you get home owner’s insurance and set up your utilities for your new home and switch your mailing address, and line up property insurance for your new home.
