Execute

After the winning offer package is crafted and accepted, the next process is known as escrow. This is where the purchase contract is sent to the title company for a title search and document preparation. I hold your hand through the process and keep you on track and up to date.

There will be enough time for the inspection period, finalization of your loan,  and your due diligence as you familiarize yourself with your new home! This is also the time you get home owner’s insurance and set up your utilities for your new home and switch your mailing address, and line up property insurance for your new home.
